These terms are the agreement between you and Digitly Media Kft. for the use of Flue. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Flue.
Flue (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is developed and operated by Digitly Media Kft., a company registered in Hungary. You can reach us at hello@flue.app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Flue on Apple devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial learning. This licence lasts for as long as you comply with these terms.

The Flue app, its design, and the curated collection of idioms, definitions, and example sentences are owned by Digitly Media Kft. and protected by intellectual-property laws. Individual idioms are part of the common English language; our selection, wording, and presentation of them are not. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the app or its content to you.
Flue is a language-learning aid. We take care to keep definitions and examples accurate and natural, but language is nuanced and usage varies by region and context. Flue is provided for general learning and isn’t a substitute for professional translation, certification, or advice.
If Flue offers any optional paid features, those purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, subject to Apple’s terms. Pricing, billing, and refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Any features you unlock are covered by the same licence and terms described here.
You obtain Flue through Apple’s App Store, and your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and — to the extent permitted by law — Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digitly Media Kft. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, Flue. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update Flue, add or remove features, or revise these terms over time. When we change the terms, we’ll update the date above and, for material changes, note them in the app. Continuing to use Flue after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these terms. On termination, the licence granted to you stops, though sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
